This designation was made based upon a survey off office workers. Survey office worker respondents participated in the Industry Analysts Inc.’s Annual Color End-User Survey. These individuals also gave Xerox ink printer products the top rating in the category of “Maintenance and Total Cost of Operation.”
The President of Industry Analysts, Mr. Slawetsky remarked, “We’ve found that customers really don’t hold back — they give honest, candid feedback in this survey.” He went on to state, “The fact that Xerox has come out on top in back-to-back years proves their customers consistently experience a high level of product quality and service.”

The Industry Analysts survey was conducted via telephone interviews. The results of this Xerox printer ink survey are based on 100 responses from individuals who use color printer ink technology within their businesses and companies. The findings indicate customers’ overall satisfaction with reliability, image quality, operability and functionality, maintenance, and total cost of ownership.
